On-Site Tech Support

For booth sizes larger than 20 x 20, NewLeads will include a technician to setup our network, server and all iPads.  Daily activities will include assuring the iPads are fully charged, assuring the network connection, and assisting your staff with user questions.

On-Site Booth Staff Training

If your biggest show has a pre-con meeting in which you would like us to train your team on the iPad lead detailing and collateral viewing systems, we can make a custom presentation between 20 to 30 minutes using power point and a live iPad shown on your video projector. This presentation is professionally presented by a member of our executive team and will be customized to your needs.

Custom Training Docs and Videos

NewLeads digital documentation is customized for your team; a 2-minute flash video is recommended to distribute to your trade show staff prior to each show for fast user adoption.

Collateral Prep for iPads

All collateral for iPads needs to be trade show ready: file sizes need to be reduced, videos need to be in mov format, and ppt’s need converting. NewLeads can provide this support if required.

CRM Consulting

If you need assistance with aligning your lead forms to your CRM, we have years of experience assisting customers in this area.  We will work directly with your CRM administrator to ensure that data collected in the NewLeads system is ready for the CRM before your show begins.
